Bath analysis

Since the concentrations of the chemical compounds used in a bath change during operation, a regular “bath analysis” of the electrolyte must be carried out with regard to its constituents. This is usually done according to an analysis plan.
The result of the analysis immediately initiates the decision to correct the bath by adding missing substances (e.g. metal carrier salts, corrosion inhibitors, gloss additives, etc., correction of the pH value) or removing harmful components. A bath analysis is the prerequisite for consistent quality of the goods.
